Terms & Conditions
At Misszay Importation Hub (MIH), we take pride in providing high-quality, affordable products to our customers. Before placing an order, please take a moment to read and understand the following terms and conditions.
Availability of Goods
Almost all our items are on pre-order (not in Ghana) unless otherwise stated. Please take this into account when placing your order.
Arrival of Ordered Goods
All products displayed are not from the same manufacturers. Goods can be ordered on the same day but may arrive on different dates depending on their source.
Change in Price
If there is a price increment on an item during the ordering process, you will receive a top-up notice with the additional amount required. You may choose to pay the difference, make changes to your order, or request a refund.
MOQ Requirements
We only purchase items once we meet the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ). Orders for items that do not reach the MOQ threshold may be delayed or cancelled.
Order Changes
If you need to make changes to a paid order, you may only do so on the day the order was placed — and only in cases where the MOQ for that item has not yet been met.
Delivery Time
It takes approximately 6–8 weeks for items to arrive in Ghana after we have placed the order with the supplier.
Start of Delivery Countdown
The count of days or weeks begins after we have placed the order with the supplier — not from the day you made your payment.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees will only be communicated to you once the goods have arrived in Ghana. Final fees depend on the weight, volume, and shipping method of your items.
Shipping Payment Deadline
Once your items arrive, you have less than 3 days to pay the shipping fee. Failure to pay within this period will result in the items being sold. In such cases, 90% of your payment will be refunded.
Delivery Schedule
After shipping fees are settled, we collect delivery details and proceed with packaging and delivery. Customers in Accra (Kasoa area) are also welcome to arrange pick-up at our shop.
No Refunds Policy
We do not offer refunds on any purchases unless the ordered item(s) are confirmed missing from your package. All sales are otherwise considered final.
Agreement
By placing an order with MIH, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and conditions, and agree to abide by them. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time with prior notice.
